Instructions
Set your air fryer to 350 degrees F and lightly spray the air fryer basket or tray with nonstick cooking spray.
On a clean work surface, open the can of biscuits and split each biscuit into two pieces.
In the center of each biscuit, place a cube of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni.
Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together and roll to form a sealed ball. Place the seam side down on a cutting board.
Arrange the pizza bombs in a single layer on the air fryer tray. Brush each pizza bomb with the butter mixture of melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Depending on your air fryer, you may need to adjust the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for a crispier finish.
Serve with marinara sauce or pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
