Caramel Apple Cider Sangria

This apple cider sangria with vodka is a simple, make-ahead fall drink that tastes like crisp apples and cozy caramel in every sip. It’s perfect for any fall festivities you have going on!

1 bottle white wine Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc 3 cups apple cider ½ cup caramel vodka 2 apples thinly sliced 1 cup club soda for topping (optional) cinnamon sticks garnish
In a large pitcher, stir together wine, apple cider, and caramel vodka until blended.
Add apple slices and stir gently.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, taste and adjust if needed.
Pour sangria and top each glass with club soda. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
If you don’t have caramel vodka, use regular vodka and stir in ½ to 1 teaspoon of caramel extract, starting small and adjusting to taste.
Add fizz right before serving for best bubbles.
Refrigerate for up to 2 days. Strain fruit after day one and add fresh slices to leftovers.
