Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a baking dish (8x8 inches works well) with cooking spray.
Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Spread the apple pie filling over the top of the cinnamon rolls, making sure it is distributed evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through in the center.
Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll can over the top while the cobbler is still warm.
Serve warm and enjoy the comforting blend of apples and cinnamon!
Avoid overcrowding to ensure the cinnamon rolls are spaced out so they cook evenly and become golden.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Warm in the oven or microwave. If microwaving, heat in 20-second intervals to avoid overcooking.
