  • Add the ketchup, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, bourbon, molasses, and dry rub to a medium saucepan.
  • Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to bubble gently.
  • Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness, tang, or spice as needed.
  • Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a jar.
