- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Add Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a mason jar.
Shake until the dressing looks smooth and creamy, or whisk together in a bowl.
Let the vinaigrette chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to help the flavors blend before serving.
- If the vinaigrette thickens after chilling, stir in a small splash of water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- For storage, keep the dressing in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and shake well before each use to recombine the ingredients.
