Ingredients

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a mason jar.
  • Shake until the dressing looks smooth and creamy, or whisk together in a bowl.
  • Let the vinaigrette chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to help the flavors blend before serving.

Notes

  • If the vinaigrette thickens after chilling, stir in a small splash of water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
  • For storage, keep the dressing in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and shake well before each use to recombine the ingredients.
