These Easter Bunny Biscuits come together in just 20 minutes with a can of biscuits and a few fun toppings. They’re the perfect easy, kid-friendly treat to add some springtime charm to your Easter table!
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits. Set aside half for the faces. Cut the remaining half in half—these become the bunny's ears.
Gently press two ear pieces onto the top of each whole biscuit to form bunny shapes.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, cinnamon, and honey to make cinnamon honey butter. Brush each bunny with the cinnamon honey butter.
Decorate each bunny face with 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes, 1 Easter M&M for the nose, and 2-3 almond slivers on each side of the nose for whiskers. Make sure to gently press decorations into the dough so they stay put while baking.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving!
Notes
Each bunny requires one full biscuit for the face and another biscuit split in half for the ears. You can easily double the recipe to make more!
Don't forget to press decorations gently into the dough to keep them from sliding off while baking.
For a savory twist, use sliced black olives for eyes, a cherry tomato or red pepper piece for the nose, shredded carrots or chives for whiskers, and swap the cinnamon honey butter for a simple garlic butter made with melted butter and a pinch of garlic powder or minced garlic.
