Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 6 oz Topo chico or preferred mineral water

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and tequila.
  • Top with Topo Chico or your sparkling water of choice.
  • Stir gently and garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime round.

Notes

Want to make it a mocktail? Just skip the tequila and top with extra sparkling water or a splash of coconut water.
If batching for a group, mix the tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and refrigerate. Add Topo Chico right before serving to keep the fizz.
