Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups water enough to cover ingredients
  • ½ lb baby potatoes halved if large
  • 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 lemon quartered
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 ears of corn cut into thirds
  • 6 ounces andouille sausage or kielbasa sliced into rounds
  • ½ lb large shrimp fresh or thawed, deveined, tails on

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large pot with enough water to cover everything. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Add baby potatoes, onion, garlic, lemon, and Old Bay seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Drop in fresh corn cobs and smoked sausages. Cook for 5 minutes until the corn is juicy and the sausage is heated through.
  • Stir in the large shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, just until tender shrimp turn pink.
  • Drain everything well, then transfer to a large serving platter. Optional: Serve with additional lemon wedges, garlic butter, hot sauce, or cocktail sauce on the side.
