Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 15 oz can corn kernals drained
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine drained black beans, corn, crumbled feta, chopped cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir everything together until well mixed. Chill if desired, then serve with chips or veggies!

Notes

No-salt-added beans and corn are best if you want to control the saltiness, especially with salty feta.
Adjust hot sauce and lime juice to taste—start small and build from there.
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving, as some liquid may settle at the bottom. Not freezer-friendly.
