Add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, whole grain mustard, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl. Whisk the marinade until it is smooth and well combined.
Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl and toss until each piece is well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 400°F, and lightly oil the grates so the chicken does not stick.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off before placing the tenderloins on the grill.
Grill the chicken tenders for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are golden, lightly charred, and cooked through.
Transfer the grilled honey mustard chicken tenders to a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
If baking instead of grilling, bake the marinated chicken tenderloins at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they reach 165°F.
If air-frying, cook the chicken tenderloins at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach 165°F.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer, oven, skillet, or microwave until warmed through.
