This cozy apple crumble granola brings all the flavor of a classic apple dessert into a quick, make-ahead breakfast or snack. Crunchy, golden, and full of warm fall spices!
Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, apple pie spice, and salt.
Stir in the avocado oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until the mixture is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture onto the sheet pan in an even layer. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
Let cool completely before stirring in the chopped freeze-dried apples. Granola will crisp up as it cools, forming those golden clusters everyone loves!
