Equipment

  • Toothpicks or 6-inch skewers

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches sliced into small wedges
  • 8 slices prosciutto torn into strips
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls drained
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • Optional: balsamic glaze or hot honey for drizzle

Instructions

  • Slice peaches into small wedges, removing the pits.
  • Wrap each peach wedge in a strip of prosciutto.
  • On each skewer, thread a mozzarella ball, then a basil leaf, and then the prosciutto-wrapped peach.
  • Stand skewers upright with the peach on the bottom as a base, or lay them flat on a platter.
  • Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze or hot honey just before serving.

Notes

  • These peach prosciutto skewers are best served fresh or slightly chilled for optimal texture and flavor.
  • If making ahead, soak sliced peaches in lemon water for a few minutes before wrapping to prevent browning and keep the peach prosciutto skewers looking fresh.
  • Store leftover peach prosciutto skewers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
