These pimento cheese bombs are a Southern-inspired snack that’s perfect for tailgating or any casual gathering. Made with store-bought pimento cheese and flaky biscuits, they come together in minutes and are always a crowd pleaser!

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Split each biscuit into two layers to make them thinner.
Add a tablespoon of pimento cheese to the center of each biscuit piece.
Fold and pinch the edges of the biscuit dough to seal the cheese inside. Roll in the palm of your hand to form a ball.
Mix melted butter with a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Brush the cheese bombs with the garlic herb butter and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t touching.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch dressing or hot sauce.
