- 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a medium bowl, toss strawberries with maple syrup, balsamic, and salt.
Spread on the pan in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through. The strawberries should look soft, juicy, and syrupy.
Let cool slightly and serve warm or cold. Both ways are delicious.
