Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • If your sugar cookie mix is not intended to be eaten raw, heat-treat it first by spreading the dry mix on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, or microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until warm throughout. Let the mix cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the vanilla yogurt, sugar cookie mix, brown sugar, and almond extract until smooth. The mixture may look a little soft at first, which is completely normal.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour, to allow the dip to thicken and the flavors to come together.
  • When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with festive sprinkles, adding more or less depending on your preference. Serve with your favorite dippers like strawberries, graham crackers, or pretzels!

Notes

  • Add sprinkles right before serving to help prevent the colors from bleeding into the dip.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days, and stir before serving.
