This sugar cookie dip is a quick, no-bake Christmas dessert made with vanilla yogurt, sugar cookie mix, almond extract, and festive sprinkles, perfect for parties and holiday snack boards.
If your sugar cookie mix is not intended to be eaten raw, heat-treat it first by spreading the dry mix on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, or microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until warm throughout. Let the mix cool completely.
In a medium bowl, stir together the vanilla yogurt, sugar cookie mix, brown sugar, and almond extract until smooth. The mixture may look a little soft at first, which is completely normal.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour, to allow the dip to thicken and the flavors to come together.
When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with festive sprinkles, adding more or less depending on your preference. Serve with your favorite dippers like strawberries, graham crackers, or pretzels!
Notes
Add sprinkles right before serving to help prevent the colors from bleeding into the dip.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days, and stir before serving.
