Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen waffle fries
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup pickles
  • ½ cup red onion sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • toasted sesame seeds optional

Special Sauce Dressing

  • ¼ cup light mayo
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon pickles chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice from the pickle jar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and bake waffle fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
  • While the fries bake, heat a skillet over medium-high with olive oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Then stir in steak seasoning, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until flavors are combined.
  • Make the special sauce by whisking together mayo, greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Assemble the bowls with romaine as the base. Top with cooked beef, waffle fries, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and shredded cheddar. Drizzle with special sauce and toasted sesame seeds if desired. Serve right away.

Notes

  • For best flavor, serve the bowls immediately so the fries stay crispy.
  • Try setting up a burger bowl bar with toppings in separate bowls so everyone can build their own.
  • Leftover beef can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in a skillet before serving.
